I love paint.net! It is a very easy to use program for photo manipulation (unlike gimp, which I have heard is more like photoshop, but is hard to learn), and I can do all kinds of things with it. One of my projects the last few days was to take an old photo of my dad which was badly damaged and try to repair it. While the end result is not perfect, it sure looks a whole lot better than it did before. If anyone knows of other programs that can do this kind of job, I’d love to hear about them.
In the meantime, if you haven’t already done so, please go and download yourself a free copy of paint.net here.
